Flag available in DHIS2 dropdown - Eritrea

It would be great if the Eritrean flag could be added as an option in a
future release to the 'Flag' dropdown list at

*instance/*dhis-web-maintenance-settings/systemAppearanceSettings.action


We are currently solving this with some nginx rewrite magic as a temporary
solution.
