Dear Papa,

You may need to also check on Data integrate under Data Administration and
check on your orgunits grouping, its most likely you some facilities
belonging to more than one group in a group set.

Say you have a group set Facility Type (Hospital, Health Center and Clinic)
and some facilities have been in both Hospital and Clinic)
