Hi. Did you check out our documentation?

http://dhis2.github.io/dhis2-docs/master/en/user/html/ch04s02.html

Just click the orgunit you want to remove (after selecting its parent from
the tree on the left) and in the context menu, you will be provided an
option to delete the orgunit.

Note, that if the orgunit has data or other resources, you may not be able
to delete it, and this will require some SQL, which you can find here (
https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/delete_site_with_data.sql
