Public bug reported:

While working on Pivot Table and Visualizer, the Update Taskbar on top
right corner of  screen diappears suddenly whenever we open  popup
screen and we need to adjust the screen size to get it back. I think the
main reason for this error is the large size of the popup screens which
appears when we click on 'Layout' or 'Options' menu.

DHIS2  version 2.21
Web browser version  Firefox 42.0

Operating System including Version Linux oracle 3.13.0-68-generic
