Hi Lars,
Thank you, for these great work.
But, we think that the MOPH Cameroon has leave the pilot phase introduced with HIV program  since three months with the integration of different programs (HIV, TB, Malaria, Health reproduction,MNCH, Routine Immunization, , Blood Transfusion,  Infrastructure,  Human ressource, District Population, etc...) in a common DHIS2 database. 
This work have been done due to the skill we have acquired at the DHIS2 academy Level 2&3 at Cotonou-Benin (Thanks to Edem Kossi and Mathieu Pinard) and a tool that we developed for importing existing Excel and Access files in technical directions and health programs in DHIS2.
With the support of different partners, all our health districts has a complete computer with an internet modem. the training of district users has been done at the same time of the dispensation of computers.
Nowadays, we are working on different project :- improve data quality with regional and central users at the different levels of our health pyramide- upgrade the cartography of health districts and coordinates of health structures- enable data transmission by SMS- build the web portal which will publish our key indicators on the internet.
