Indicator group editor functionality is not working properly.

Hi,

Following are the issues I am facing in Indicator Group editor:

1. Unable to rename the Indicator group from indicator group editor , i
have tried to rename ANC as ANC1 but unable to click on save.

2. Unable to add new Indicator from Indicator group editor:
