Hi all,

It appears that in 2.21, the link between the Program and the User Role is
established in the Users app (when you create/edit a User Role and allocate
the Program; then allocate that User Role to the User). Hence the duplicate
option called "+ Assign Program to User Role" that used to be on the
Program menu was removed. It makes perfect sense to manage User Role
allocations from the User side rather than the Program side.

My Program is now appearing on the Event Capture screen.
