Hi Pamod,

Having multiple user org units should work well. Please note that "user org
unit" (it should say "units" instead of "unit", I will fix that) refers to
"Data capture and maintenance organisation units" in the user maintenance
ui. The other one, "Data output and analysis organisation units", only
controls the user's access in the org unit tree.
