dhis2 2.21 Bug reports in event report date datavalue

Dear All,

We converted our dhis2 database server from 2.19 to 2.21.
Now we can see in Event report Date type data value report has some changes
in 2.21 which was right in 2.19

2.21 event report Date type  datavalue =
2015-01-01 00:00:00.0
2.19 event report Date type datavalue = 2015-01-01

The user required date value = 2015-01-01
