Hello,

In the public Sierra Leone demo instance, the Yes/No data elements can't
be filtered. Without filtering on Yes or No, data elements display just
fine though.

For example:
Program: Child programme
Stage: Baby postnatal
Data element: MCH Vit A

I am facing the same issues with my 2.22 instance (build 21782).
