Okay. I think the issue here is this - the "keySystemNoticationsEmail" user
refers to whether or not you should send email notifications to that user.
The email to send to you will have to set on the user object (User > email)
in profile > profile.

We have an open issue for including a description of all user/system
settings in the docs.
