Hi all,

 

We are having an urgent need to demonstrate Program Indicators to a Ministry
of Health tomorrow and for some reason just not able to set up program
indicators correctly. I have scratched the barrel ito getting help and
studied the User Guideline but still have some problems. 

 

Capturing an event capture program for Inpatient discharges with ICD 10
diagnoses and a few other fields like Seperation method, Date of admission,
Date of separation and age etc. Maybe just me being dumb but would
appreciate some assistance anyway. Attaching a few screenshots of examples.
