Hi Elmarie!

Great that you are experimenting with these and providing feedback. 

It seems your current challenge is that these are not showing up in the user interface while entering data - correct?

I found two issues from your screenshots;
- Incidence date is used in one of the indicators. Try using V{event_date} instead.
- You are hit by a bug that prevents the indicators with "and" in the filter from being shown in the UD. As a workaround you can use "&&" instead, but the indicator wont work on the server side.

The indicator for "IP Cholera total" looks correct. Can you check that the data type of the diagnosis dataelement is correct(text)?

If you can share a user with data entry privileges with me, I can debug and hopefully help early tomorrow morning.
