Re: [DHIS] Understanding Data Export

Hi,

The export date selector will only extract data for export where the WHOLE
PERIOD falls within the selected range. So let us say you have captured
monthly data for jan-16 and Feb-16, weekly data for 2016 week 1-9 (last
week partially in Feb and partially in March), and you have yearly
population estimates for 2016.

- If you select export from 2016-01-01 to 2016-01-15, it will only export
the first week's data (no monthly, no yearly)
- if you select export from 2016-01-01 to 2016-02-29, will export 2 months
of monthly data + 8 weeks of weekly data (not the last week, no yearly)
- the only way to ensure ALL your data is exported would be to select
export for 2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31

Regards
Calle
