The admin/district user has right to install/uninstall apps. So it's not
a very stable place to store stuff ;)

Is this very smart? Just logged in with admin/district now, and I canonly see 6 apps (dashboard, gis, pivot, visualizer, mobile light andmobile smartphone). Almost everything has been removed since yesterday.Isn't this were we showcase DHIS2 to potential users?
