DHIS2 2.22 / 21927; Chrome Version 49.0.2623.108 m; Windows 7 Service

When attempting to create a numerator-only aggregate indicator, the
error message "** denominator **: Required property missing" appears
(even though a denominator should not be required).

A workaround is to set the denominator to 1, but this should not be
necessary.
