Deleting individual records in DHIS2

Dear Colleagues,

How does one delete individual records in a program so that new records can
now be entered?

I created a program and was trying to enter data to see if the system is
working properly.But i now want to delete and then deploy the system for
use.

Am using dhis2 2.22 build 21763
