I've tested with DHIS2 Version 2.22 (R.21970) and got the same problem.
If we click on SAVE AND GO BACK button, the app will create multi events
based on how many times you click on the button with the same data value.
If we click on SAVE AND ADD NEW button, the app will create one event with
data value that you have entered, all other events is empty.
It creates event even there are some required fields.
