I have been looking at different DHIS 2.22 instances and realized that we
are missing Group Sets in the Event based reporting apps (Event Reports and
Event Visualizer). However, they are visible in the aggregate reporting
modules.

Earlier versions and latest: 2.23, show the group sets in the Event
reporting modules.

Is this a bug?
