Public bug reported:

When click data entry field, the pop up displayed with top panel hidden
under DHIS2 main top menu. This happen when browser view zoom is 100%
and 90% in my computer. But when zoom out 70% it doesn't happen. Once it
happened, even I zoom out the browser, it doesn't appear. So this popup
cannot be closed except refreshing the page.
