Hi,

I tried to remove individual events that are registered for a program in
the Event Capture app. It works fine, when I try to do it through UI (i.e
click on "Remove" from the context menu of the individual record). But when
I try to do the same through database, the data values are removed but the
record still exists. There is a table named "*trackedentitydatavalue*" and
I deleted all values from the table. Now, on the UI, all the values are
removed except for the *Incident date*. Is this a known issue? or how can a
record be deleted completely using database.

Please find the screenshot attached depicting the issue. Currently using
2.23 version of DHIS2.
