The method Archana mentioned is for program without registration. If it is a program with registration, I don't think you can delete from UI.

The individual records in a program can be deleted from the UI. In the Event Capture App, when you select a program, the registered programs will come up in a tabular form. Click on the record you want to delete, and a context menu appears. Click on the "Remove" option. This will remove the entire record.
