  Data Visualizer Favorites fail to save Details of data elements

Status in DHIS:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In DHIS 2.22 and 2.23, the Data Visualizer can only save totals.
  However when using say data element details, you cannot save it as a
  favorite.
