Dear Sergio

If this is for the purpose of analysing events data and all events data are
collected and should have registering facility coordinates then I dont
think you need to capture coordinates for each event. because even if you
collect individual events coordinates which are the same as facility, you
will have them all appear at facility in GIS.

I think you would rather use program indicator and build aggregate report
indicators that you can use in GIS to display how many events are at each
facility.
