Hi Roshan,

You are right, unfortunately it is not working - we will try to fix it.

In the mean time, you may have to go back to 2.22 (before the Maintenance
app was introduced). You can do this by going into the webapps folder and
delete everything, then download a new dhis.war file from the link below to
the same folder, rename it to dhis.zip and unzip it.
