The DHIS2- Live (latest release) 2.24 maintenance app is not working as
2.23. The war file extraction also seems ineffective. Could the
developers fix this issue at the earliest so that we can directly use
DHIS2 Live.

Bug description:
  Hi I have just downloaded DHIS 2.23 and unpacked and started playing
  around with it in my laptop. The maintenance apps did not work, I gent
  nothing when I click on it. Any advice will be appreciated.
