Re: [Bug 1585883] Re: maintenance does not work in DHIS2 Live
Hello All,This is an issue we noticed right from 2.23 and occurred when
you install a completely fresh instance of 2.23. I noticed that upgrades
of existing versions with already existing data and configurations, did
not have that issue.Because of it, we were not able to use 2.23 for our
deployment and had to start from 2.22.
I hope it gets fixed soon.

I will update this tomorrow. That said, the war file extraction method
should work (this is basically what we do when we make the live
distribution). Please make sure you are testing in a incognito window.
