Thanks Bjorn,

Could you please upgrade for 2.21 also, I have tried to include the latest
api but then it gives a duplicate error for Map Api as Dhis library is also
included and if I remove dhis library then the plugin dosent't work.  I  am
facing this issue with plugin only.
