DHIS_HOME directory hibernate.properties file

The following information in that file

hibernate.dialect = org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect
hibernate.connection.driver_class = org.postgresql.Driver
hibernate.connection.url = jdbc:postgresql:dhis_db
hibernate.connection.username = postgres
hibernate.connection.password = <server password>
hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto = update
