2.24: Link to Implementors Manual broken?

Dear all,

I can't access the 2.24 implementors guide from the dhis2 documentation page
(404 Error) - this error comes for both html-links and the pdf. The other 2.24
links seem to work.

Is it being updated or is it broken?
