My question is how this category option property "Filtering Organisation Units By Name" helps us in creating a category option ?

Since, i am creating a category option, there is a property "Filtering
Organisation Units By Name".
My question is how this category option property "Filtering Organisation
Units By Name" helps us in creating a category option ?
