Hi Viet,

We have tested the fix - translations for programs and program sections -
in 2.24. But, looks like the translations are not reflected when they are
updated or modified.

When we provide a translation for a program and check with that particular
locale, it works fine. It's getting translated. But, when we modify the
existing translation, the modified translation is not showing up on the UI.
This is the case for both Programs and Program Stage sections. The APIs
also not reflecting the modified translations.

In the UI, however, if we see the translations, dialogue box, the newly
modified name still exists. Here, the Program "Printable_Program_1" has a
newly modified translation as shown. And no errors are shown when saved.

But, on the UI, the name first translated only remains. Here, "program in
french 1 modified", is the first translation added for a program
"Printable_Program_1".

Could you please look into it and help fix it.
