I have similar problem with the Event Capture Android App.
It works perfectly, if I assign to the user which use the App only one
OrgUnit (or more than one, but a little subset) for Data Capture assignment.
If I assign the entire OrgUnit tree, the App don't load anything for the
orgUnits.
