Tracker Capture Sync Error

 Dear all, 
We just started using the tracker capture Android app to collect data from the sites but we are experiencing an error where data is not synchronising with the server. It reports a 403 status error. Does anyone has an idea on how to resolve it. I have attached a screenshot for details Thank you
