Unable to retrieve Analytics Data using API through the dataValueSet format.

Dear All,

I am trying to retrieve analytics data via a web API using the dataValueSet
formatting. Unfortunately this has not been successful (Version 2.25).
Could this be a general issue with DHIS2. However, this works with the demo
DHIS2 instance.

http://dhis.mets.or.ug/api/analytics/dataValueSet.json?dimension=ou:akV6429SUqu&dimension=dx:WlBawBVNdeT&dimension=pe:2016W10

or, do we need to do something to enable it to work?
