Hello,

        We are not able to create data sets. We are using DHIS version
2.25. We are getting inline message which says that *"Could not save
data **set"
*. This is happening in play demo server as well.

We raised the issue on JIRA - DHIS2-536
<https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-536>. Could you please help fix it.
