The only script specified in the upgrade instruction is "Run the database
SQL upgrade script

before updating the WAR file. It only applies if you have set up program
rules for your system.". This is to be done during the upgrade from 2.22 to
2.23. But as you can see it is optional as we don't have program rules on
our system.
