To add to this, we have changed the base URL (for the last time) from
ci.dhis2.org to *docs*.dhis2.org. E.g. you can now find the user guide here:

https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/user/html/dhis2_user_manual_en.html

This implies that those of you who have bookmarked direct links to the docs
will have to update your bookmarks to the new base URL. You can always find
the docs from dhis2.org/documentation.
