DV module not working in latest 2.25 build?

Hi devs, 
downloaded latest 2.25 just now, and it looks like there’s an issue with the DV module? Browser complains that chart.js doesn’t exist, and I can confirm that the «dhis-web-visualizer» folder of the war file only contains META-INF, not actual content. Even tried re-downloading and manually unzipping the .war, and still nothing in dhis-web-visualizer,
