Apps Menu - Hidden By Widgets Containing GIS Maps

Hi Devs,
I have an issue with the User interface, the apps menu is always being
positioned behind widgets with GIS maps(Please see attachmed image). This
is happening with version 2.25 but not with ver. 2.26. Are there plans to
back port the fix into version 2.25 ?
