Thanks for the fix.

 

We were facing the issues on version 2.25 as well where we were not able to share the dashboard with user groups. It allowed selecting the user group and required authority, but once 'Save' is clicked the system gave no response.

 

Hoping that the fix will get back-ported.

Can't add user groups to sharing settings in dashboard, and the "none" option is gone from public sharing settings. When you initially open up sharing from the dashboard, are also faced with interesting prompt:
