Hi, Stanley.

Below google drive link has the latest versions of 'Tabular Tracker
Capture' app.

Download it and rename it as 'TabularDataEntry' by removing the version
part before uploading the app to DHIS.

I would suggest to use v1.46 since higher version has 'Program Rule' logic
implementation that has not been fully tested.
(version 1.46 should be compatible with DHIS 2.22 ~ 2.25)
