Hi, Stanley.

If the program is 'Without registration' Type, there is only one default
programStage, so program stage selection does not appear.

If the program is 'With registration' Type, then, the selection of
programStage (if more than one program stage exists) appears on the event
data entry row.
(See attached image)

This is done so that the data can be entered to different program stages
under the program.
