Hi Calle,

We did not keep these, but you can  always generate them from the source
code of the documentation. However, we did not really tag things back then,
so you might have to try and guess which revision you actually need. In
general, this should be before we tag the next release, which for 2.20,
would theoretically be here

However, we are not totally strict (although MUCH better than before) about
tagging the documentation releases.
