Data set completeness exchange in 2.24

Hi Devs
Is there a way to export / import datasets completeness values from DHIS2
version 2.24 ?
I saw an issue resolved in jira/DHIS2-62
<https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-62> but just 2.26. That will gratefull
to have it in early version. Any workaround for that.
