Hi,
Thanks for follow up yesterday Bjørn. The issues are solved now and they seemed to be mainly two things:

1.       One coordinate had 07.xx instead of 7.xx which gave an error

2.       Browser cache was in the way and clearing this the hard way (outside dhis2) fixed the issue of org units appearing at lower levels but disappearing further up.

The first issue (where Luuk office disappeared on the top level) seem to have fixed itself somehow. However the second issue is still going strong.

Here if I select the admin 1 Jubbada Hoose (or admin 2 Afmadow) I do not see thee coordinates or the Afmadow office anymore.  (Dhobley and Kulbiyo doesn’t have coordinates yet)
