Hi Adam,

it could be that the geotools/osgeo maven repo was down temporarily. Could
you try again?

http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/org/geotools/gt-render/

Also try running maven with the -U option for force a fresh download of
artefacts:

mvn install -U
