Hi Jason,

Thank you for swift answer. Actually it is possible that administrator 
performed some DB (or direct) operations on category options during data 
sets migration so that is likely the reason.

Your suggestion about maintenance function is really helpful and should 
be enough for an ad-hoc resolution.
