Bernard,

if your db hierarchy is correct, then I can confirm that the "replicated"
orgunits you are seeing in some contexts are definitely a bug or bugs - I
noted the same thing a few days ago, but I did not have the time then to
report it as a JIRA issue.

since it is fresher in your mind, would you please create a JIRA bug report
it?
