Dear Adhi,

Depends on how large you will like your deployment (I assume you are
referring to the SMS gateway for data collection). We ran an SMS server for
a logistics pilot in Nigeria in 2015. They are 2 pathways: you can use Lars
Kristain Roland's android SMS gateway app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.dhis2.androidsms (for
small deployments). I have included step by step guide herewith. A few of
the screen shots are slightly different from an earlier DHIS2 build (but
the commands are still valid)

Or for a more stable production server type deployment you can use a VAS
provider (these are specific to countries)  Once you have set up these
you'll find the documentation here:
https://docs.dhis2.org/2.24/en/user/html/ch22s05.html.
